Bangladesh Football Federation is the governing body of football in Bangladesh . Bangladesh Football Federation was established in 1972. Two years later, in 1974, it became a member of the AFC and FIFA . The current president of BFF is Kazi Salauddin .  . This organization is in charge of the men's and women's national teams and youth teams of Bangladesh and controls all the activities of football in the country. The BFF head office of the Bangladesh Football Federation is located at the BFF Building near the Bangabandhu National Stadium in MotijheelDhaka . History 





The then Minister for Education, Culture and Sports, Prof. Yusuf Ali established the Bangladesh Football Federation, BFF on 15 July 1982. In the beginning he was the first president of BFF. And Abul Hashem of Wari Club was the first general secretary of the organization. In 1973, it became a member of the AFC , the regional body for football, and in 1974, FIFA , the highest governing body of the Bangladesh Football Federation. He was twice elected an executive member of the Bangladesh AFC in 1982-8 and 1996-2002. Retired Major Hafizuddin Ahmed was also elected Vice President of the AFC for 1990-94. Football Federation Dhaka Football League since 1947Continuing. That league has continued even after Bangladesh became independent. At one time the football leagues of Dhaka gained support and popularity. These leagues are still known as Premier League , First Division , Second Division , and Third Division.
